Hi there, Flew over with Tips to see how it was on the hill. It looked the usual frustrating conditions on such a nice day.
We then carried on to a microlight fly-in and met a couple of ex SSC members Clint Janes and Sandra Reid who is the CFI and Examiner of their club. Approx 35 microlights flew in - very busy for such a small airstrip but all went well. Shippo

ReplyDeleteYou guessed it, there wasn't much flying mostly 1 or 2 beat hops with the occasional 5 minutes or so for most of us. But still it was lovely and sunny and we're all doing very well with our ground handling!
That pic almost looks like an impressionist painting!
