Butser West – 19^th Feb

 

Very nice flying the morning of the 19^th. Cold, sunny, strong and thermic. Phone battery died some after phoning the farmer so couldn’t send twitter alert. Along with John the modeller I had the place to myself. Difficult to core strong thermals due to their size it was good practice after the winter dull. Max heights 3/400ft ATO. After a couple of hours other pilots joined me and I was glad of the company.
